Our service area includes the North and West sides of the City of Chicago as well as the close surrounding suburbs including, but not limited to Oak Park, Park Ridge and Skokie.

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Options as well as Medicare Part B. We are considered an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies, but often our patients still get reimbursed at an out of network rate. We also offer self-pay options.

We also see children for pediatric services through Illinois Early Intervention.

Yes, we encourage virtual or telehealth appointments for any reason.

Our therapists bring everything that is necessary with them with the exception of linens. If you are a pelvic health patient, please have a towel and a sheet available for your appointment. If your appointment is for pediatric services, the therapist will often use common toys or equipment in your home.
